Nummus, with the aim of further supporting financial intermediaries in fulfilling their compliance obligations under Law 220\/2021, offers the possibility of obtaining a compliance attestation for its investment products. The attestation is issued at the end of a rigorous analysis and evaluation process, aimed at verifying the product’s adherence to the current Nummus Exclusion List (available here<\/a>).<\/p>

Nummus requests look-through data directly from the manager in order to obtain full transparency on the Fund\/ETF. By breaking down the underlying positions, the entire portfolio is analysed in detail. In the absence of exposures to issuers included in the adopted Exclusion List, Nummus issues a certificate of compliance that can be used in external communications.<\/p>

WisdomTree Europe Defence UCITS ETF<\/em> is an ETF that tracks the WisdomTree Europe Defence UCITS Index<\/em>, a proprietary index representing European companies active in the defence sector, including manufacturers of equipment, components or products for civil defence, defence electronics, and space defence equipment. The index excludes companies involved in controversial weapons banned under international law, such as cluster munitions and anti-personnel mines and biological and chemical weapons as well as those involved in business activities related to depleted uranium weapons and white phosphorus weapons will be excluded from the investment universe.
